Your email address

So you can sign in and so we can reach you about the account.

Your password

Stored hashed by our authentication provider. We never see it.

A display name, if your child chooses one

It can be anything. It can be left blank.

Which cards were answered, when, and how they went

This is what the scheduling runs on.

A Lichess username, if you give us one

Only to find your own games. We read public games.

Which pages are visited, including in the dashboard

So we can tell whether the site is working and see how many people find it. Sent to our own self-hosted analytics, not a third party. No cookies, no stored IP address, and it honours your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal automatically.

We do not train AI on your child's data

We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it to train a model. Not now, and not later without asking you first.

Delete it whenever you want

Write to info@whimsi.ai at any time to see everything we hold about your child, or to have it removed from our records. We do it, and we do not ask why.

Who can see it

You. There is no public profile, no sharing, and no way for another user to find your child. There are no leaderboards, no messages and no friends.
